Brand Nomenclature and Visual Identity Design

 

SYKES is a leading, global digital-marketing and customer-care outsourcer. SYKES provides differentiated, full lifecycle customer-engagement services to Global 2000 companies and their end consumers at key touchpoints. Since 2016, SYKES’ innovation in digital marketing and sales has resulted in more than 73 million customer interactions a year for their clients.

To continue growing, Sykes explored creating a sub-branding strategy for independent verticals across their market. Seeking a bold memorable name and visual signature for their innovative transformation consulting team. Our INNO nomenclature and visual identity where developed for A/B testing with staff and clients. Despite positive quantitative and qualitative data supporting the INNO subbrand, Sykes shifted overall brand strategy to consolidate all business verticals under a unified brand.

 

Transformation and Authenticity

The Sykes brand is recognized as a market leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services. We developed an internal-facing campaign that unified and focused team efforts before launching expanded services to transformation consulting that included AI-enabled service and c and conversation. Emphasizing Sykes's forward vision of business processing, “Future Process Outsourcing” was socialized throughout the firm as “BPO > FPO.”
